Donna Ah Chee is the CEO of Central Australian Aboriginal Congress (Congress), an Aboriginal community-controlled primary health care service employing just over 500 staff to deliver integrated services to 16 000 Aboriginal people living in Alice Springs and a number of remote communities in central Australia. A proud Bundgalung woman from the far north coast of New South Wales has lived on beautiful Arrernte county (Mpwarte -Alice Springs) for 36 years. Donna is married to a local Yankunytjatjara/Arrernte man and together they have three children. Donna is director on the board of the Aboriginal Medical Services Alliance of the NT (AMSANT). Donna is a member Northern Territory Aboriginal Health Forum (NTAHF), NT Children and Families Tripartite Forum, Co-Chair Strategic Board for CDU Menzies School of Medicine and represents Congress on the Alice Springs Peoples’ Alcohol Action Coalition (PAAC).
