Associate Professor Joshua Francis is a Paediatric Infectious Diseases Physician at Royal Darwin Hospital, and a Principal Research Fellow at Menzies School of Health Research. He leads programs in Timor-Leste and the Northern Territory focused on teaching, capacity building, health systems improvement and research.
