Open to all New Fellows (up to 3 years post fellowship).
A chance to get together in a stunning setting with your fellow peers, along with mid-career and senior intensivists and CICM staff. The aim of this Retreat is to provide a safe forum to discuss challenges and share experiences you’ve gathered as New Fellows, as well as to equip you with skills and perspectives that will be useful for junior intensivists navigating the first few years in a consultant role.
