Dr Belinda Gowen
Belinda is a junior paediatric intensive care consultant and cardiac clinical lead at Perth Children’s Hospital. She completed two fellowships in paediatric cardiology and ECMO at Queensland Children’s Hospital before heading West. She loves how echocardiography unmasks the circulation physiology in critically ill children, especially those with heart disease. Her love of the Bernoulli effect extends beyond echocardiography to her other passions – aviation and Formula 1
