Dr Daniel Adams is a FACEM and an experienced retrievalist who has been an integral part of the Alice Springs critical care community since arriving in 2018. He allocates a quarter of his professional time to serving in the Alice Springs Hospital Emergency Department. The remainder is dedicated to his leadership role as the Director of the Central Australian Retrieval Service (CARS). In his downtime he loves to get out into the local Central Australian wilderness for camping and hiking with his family, but on those days when the heat precludes that he will settle for a good board game.
